Founded in 2021 by Emad M. Alaweneh, A3 Development, LLC is a licensed General Contractor focusing on Residential and Commercial Construction in Tennessee and Alabama.  Aside from new construction, A3 Development specializes in full home renovations and remodels, restoration work, and lead abatement.  In 2025 we're excited to announce that our new storefront in the heart of Fayetteville, TN will offer fine cabinetry, quality flooring, and luxury countertops.

 

With many years of experience in the industry, Emad has also served in other roles apart from contractor.  He is a Certified Building Official with various certifications in Residential and Commercial Building Inspections.  He also holds degrees in Business Administration and Business Management.
